Thanthai Periyar Government Arts and Science College(A) ,Tiruchirappalli’s Department of English journal, Mnemosyne Nexus, has been eponymously named after Mnemosyne from the grand pantheon of Greek mythology, who stands out as the epitome of memory and mother of the nine Muses—the inspirer invoked by poets and storytellers while embarking on their literary journey. The second term of the title—Nexus, meaning a link or connection—earmarks the journal as a novel nexus of narrative, memory, and the collective human experience.
Mnemosyne Nexus is a literary journal devoted to the act of yoking memory with literature by creating a nexus between what was and what is and between the individual and the collective universe.
